Sorry I am a newbie, can you explain why would ordinary shareholder approve this allocation at the expense of them and allow institutions and sophisticated investors to rip the profit. Basically they are giving away these share for 50% discount at todays price. Once they start taking the profit out, it will impact current share price for sure.
