Origin Capital was approaching Strategic Parties and financing groups to seek a superior offer to the MQB SoA. These types are not typically a direct equity investor, the likes of whom would have contributed to the Placement.
A bit of apples and oranges, I feel.
I'm happy to take the 10 cent shares and will buy more if the price plumbs into single figures.
