Yes the SP may pull back, or keep going up. A lot like the Sydney property market, many kept saying there will be a pull back and eventually there may actually be one. But assuming it has gone up 20% year on year for 5 years and there is a 5% pull back for the next two years, was it worth waiting to buy a house?
Anyways in my opinion it probably will keep going up if further announcements keep coming in.
