Hello Everyone,
THR after this recent Placement and 3Apendix 3B Notices over the last Six Weeks THR will soon have 139,659,508 Shares.
I think given some reasonable Uranium Results from Hale River, we could see a Float of the Uranium Assets.
This could be the reason behind the conversion of Warrants and Options; which would not have any entitlements to an I.P.O.; to approx.2,620,000 Shares over the last Six Weeks and also now, that TNG Free THR Distribution makes sense because TNG did not have the Spare Cash to have taken up a Position in an I.P.O..
Yes, THR could obtain Capital for Molyhil and retain a % of the Uranium Float.
Who knows, Mr. Greg Durack who recently resigned at BTV may turn up as a Director, after all He was involved in the setting up of THR's Uranium Leases.
( A 1 for 1 Issue at 20 Cents with THR keeping 50% of the Cash $13,965,950 for Molyhil could be a type of a Picture of things to come).
No responsability taken for any losses in association with this Posting.
Happy Dreams,
moly
