On a longer term basis BHP is great value China is still growing India to grow an then you have Brazil firing up in the next decade. Buy some come back in a few years. Just look at the quarterly, Uranium cost 81 million, Uranium contracts due to be repriced around 2010 to higher prob prices than sub USD20 a pound currently. China has become a net importer of coal, iron ore is very stable FMG has poor grades that dont stake up, also costs will be higher as depreciation of a higher capital cost etc. OIl production growth should be strong as new projects come online in high price enviroment. Now tell me is it overvalued and compared to what, at the end of the day cash is king and BHP is rolling in it.
