As an Unwired user for more than 12 months I am totally dissatisfied with the service. I suffer from a very slow speed and frequent dropouts. When I complained I was told that transmission can beaffected by fly screens, window frames, trees and adjacent buildings. They did move me to the cheapest and slowest service because they could not provide me with better.
Am changing after getting 12 months of dodgy service from my modem.
