dont get me wrong, I would love the board to be removed as much as the next guys.

so many companies with lots of potential and woeful boards. as mentioned before Jervois removal of Duncan Purcell took a long long time maybe 3 attempts , I'm sure cudeco would also fit in to this category. as would asx CHF that got the boot. and PDF the other milking "hopeful" thet will be a long time

a very very similar example is Asx OBL. former directors are in court with the new board and there old company .

you do get the strikes now not like in the past. so may be a bit easier. but the numbers of shareholders holding and voting loyal to the board is a mystery . we know what the boards direct disclosed share holding interest is, but friends and family ...

it may be a expensive exercise and quite time consuming, and where is the money going to come from when ahf needs cash next? placement ? ( from who?) probably not in our best interests . they know there unwanted, they will be scheming hard to make it very difficult, in the hope the holders like us give up. they are not here to make the company attractive to take over or make money. there only interested in keeping the board in a job and not doing good at it.

it may take a lot longer then you think. I wish everyone the best and hope it works sooner then later. ill help while I'm a shareholder. boards don't move easy. unless the directors know what's in shareholders best interests eg some do step aside cause they know they are out of there depth and know it is the best thing to do and the do it with out shareholders time and effort pushing them . this is definitely not the case here. it wont be a simple task.
