    Unless there is an ann. pre 31/7 one would only expect the Qtly act. report and C/F to contain the basic compliance info - when you consider the company and the people behind the recon. and recap. of SBL and look at the past/recent projects they have undertaken such as BLR, BFE and MHL (to name a couple - see the website for Ascent Capital website) and consider the comments in both the SBL prospectus of 12/3/07 and the Ascent website under the corporate profile, it would not be unreasonable to punt on some sort of resource play - any thoughts???
