Why not just a quiet market with nothin going on?
Just chunky buyers soaking up a whole lot of smaller sellers (or less likely a chunky seller who has bothered to break their selling into about 50 smaller indistinguishable parcels).
The reality of markets is they are rarely as conspiratorial as they feel.
