The market has spoken. Both AVZ and Huayou Cobalt shareholders are happy. The best deals are deals were both sides of the table are happy with the result.

It's funny how people perceive Manono-Kitotolo as a much higher risk project than other stories. From my perspective I see a massive lithium/tin/tantalum project that has potentially the lowest mining costs thanks to the tin and tantalum credits.

Lowest costs always win in the long run. Huayou Cobalt, a professional mining group, clearly understands this mantra. Unlike some retail investors who were happy to sell before the latest CR and very vocal about their decision after the news release... They only looked at 7c as dilution and didn't understand the progress.

As long as you give up a piece of the pie to create a much larger pie, dilution = progress.
