Pretty dull and sombre analysis there... why would they persue BA without doing due dillagance, esp regarding transport costs. To be honest I'm impressed they have it up and running again so quickly. They know what they have and will be working overtime to get that coal moving. I've said it many times before, anything sub 3c is load up time.
