If you scroll down to the bottom of the trading halt announcement, you'll see that TZN are doing a capital raising. Here's a quote from the announcement
"As the capital raising is substantial and not underwritten, the Directors of Terramin believe that the trading hald is necessary as there will be marketing to many institutions including Australian and overseas parties and as such a risk that confidentiality will be breached during the course of the capital raising"
