have you considered that Fox Resources may be a 3 rd party?
Fox has 28 M shares in this venture.
There are multiple 3rd parties from the JV's and acquisitons that ARV have made over the years.
There are multiple JORC's on the tenements acquired by ARV over the years.
One major shareholder has over 15% of the stock in this CO.
No incentives are required from anyone to develop this Co into a multi-billion $ enterprise.
This will happen automatically over the course of time.
