Trench A conversion price at 0.005 gives a whooping 120m shares for 600k. This dilution is exceptional and at shareholders' own cost.
You would wonder if they are due to receive the so called 'imminent' revenue of 770k why would they proceed with ANOTHER CN?
Oh I forgot they've just recently received the CN of approximately 650k last month, OMG have they already spent the entire amount for their salary? The cash burn rate for this company is ridiculously high.
Most startup receive little or no salary but look at the past payslip for Nick along he gets 660k, that could have been saved for its working capital.
Bare in mind they received first strike for their salary in last year's AGM, you would wonder what would happen if they could't pass the vote for the next AGM.
Stay alerted thats all I have to say.
