I actually think the fact they are prepared to junk projects that dont offer immediate upside suggests a far more focused management than previously. dollison has had lots to do with ad land in US and I think there's a bigger picture in play here. the chinese manufacturing arm was obviously a tin shed; much betetr to outsource to other local manufacturers as jobs come in on favourable terms rather than pay staff who cant provide the quality required. Not as good a report as i hoped, but i think there is work going on that will reap better reports in future.
hopefully bigger contracts in US to come and some left-field contract wins in asia. in the meantime, reduce overheads, contain losses and turn the ship around.
