Was anyone able to calculate the maximum dilution of the capital notes issue?
First one 120,000,000 and the reminder up to 177,000,000 shares? (US$2,400,000/0.75 = A$3,200,000/$0.018 (floor price)) So in total around 300,000,000 shares or about 30%.
Is it about correct (I am not sure). I guess when the share price goes up it will be less and if the A$ goes up it will also be less???
