This could be profit taking by the looks of it...it's not always only a capper...capping would be lifted if it wasn't working and their shares were being soaked up by buyers. On the other hand a seller may want to take some profits and that might look similar, but will remain in place and be allowed to be soaked up.
In my opinion, the accumulation pattern can be effected with multiple small sell (and buy) orders and may not look conspicuous (like a big order). No conspiracy theories here...just that I have watched trading patterns many times and become interested in it.
