if points 3 and 4 applied do you think there would be more volume. the volume doesn't seem to be more than a few hundred thousand a day in general. For Smaller to get to 19.99% he would need about another 4million shares. So he could be buying small parcels on market over a moderate period of time-(4million shares is about 12 days turnover)and I am sure he is. How often does a change of sub holder notice need to be posted?
Wonder where Investors mutual fits into this? they have 10%.
