Hopefully this will be the last no-div period. The Lattice selldown and another good half year in Energy Markets should get gearing down a manageable level.
There should certainly be no exec bonuses at senior management level, they've presided over multi-billion dollar writedowns, sold anything that wasn't nailed down and crippled shareholder value for a decade at least. Maybe they can have their health and safety bonuses, but that's it.
