    Yes Camdenbob ,"92 Mil shares to Institutions etc (Approx 30% of new shares) Already placed. " Mac Capital (the Underwriter) a subsidiary of Mac Group, likely placed the shares into their own Mac Group hands or friendlies of Mac Group.

    Sorry but our Board has against the will of the shareholders is placing control of our company into the hands of Macquarie Group without telling the shareholders......and right after a failed takeover by Macquarie......and at only 10c............
