Just because JB jumped on the board recently, doesn't mean the plan to get the DRC project in was only since then.
Edit: I'll add this. Previous directors that got voted out were given the chance but they decided to concentrate on the Zn & Au project instead. That unfortunately did not attract shareholder value.
