With all respect Eshmun, I don't think holders care much about what you think. You don't hold, don't rate BGS or lithium, and have already declared the old board should've been left alone (WTF) without even knowing any of the facts or inside stories many holders were privy to. You might want to read the Report, realise how stupid your statements were, apologise to the RMs, put your ego on a short leash and move on.
