    Aug 16 (Reuters) - Range Resources Ltd (RRS) :

    • Entered into binding sale & purchase agreement to acquire certain producing assets from a unit of Trinity Exploration And Production Plc
    • Deal for a cash consideration of US$4.55 million
    • Acquisition has significant potential to increase production through low risk workovers of existing wells
