Not sure who he is (Red probably knows)most likely pershing et al controlling the price as they churn through their qrtly quota from the coy to keep these under achieving morons paid for never getting one money making deal over the line. these are not related to the CN interest component, as as far as I know jefferies seem to be holding onto their shares, but are as stated above money for the grubs in charge.
Zeb is probably best for the details but in a nutshell you have bought a pile of shite that has never mined an Oz of nickel but has highly paid managers and board who cut and paste quarterlies and wait for Zeb to audit them before making changes. there may be a pump for a cent or two on the back of another BS ann which will never come to fruition but if you have bought at the bottom you may be able to get out for a profit as long as you don't EVER start believeing they will actually mine anything.
