Hi Plough, no I couldn't find the old zencart netoptical page either but Ozcontacts google advert and page rank are both on Page 1 for me. Netoptical site seems to be working and maybe OK for returning buyers. Ozcontacts seems to shaping up as their "acquisition" site and the new format looks clean and simple.

I am not committed yet, no detail on the exactly who they are acquiring but they seem to working up a plan.
