    I found this interesting in the cleansing notice:

    "For the purposes of section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act), Central advises that: (a) the New Shares have been issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;"

    "...without disclosure to investors..." hmmm just wondering what the meaning is there?
