It's better known as resistance to try to keep the price down. The chances are the same person is trying to accumulate at 2.6c - 2.7c

If this person was serious about selling he or she would not want to create this much resistance, once the resistance is gone the SP will rise and that person would obviously get a better price. That sell order does nothing but keep the SP in check or down.

Also got another 1,000,000 sell order at 3c, both came about as the volume and SP started to increase. Same old game.
