Found the incorrect NPA (pneumonia should read 79% not 94% - typo when copying table). Didn't effect the CI's though.
The calculator is a crude measure but the results appear within the limits of reason. The one I used to calculate the figures does use the "exact Clopper-Pearson confidence intervals" that you mentioned; and to check on the accuracy of the calculator (before I posted my figures) I entered the results from the current US study and the figures matched the published CI results pretty closely (exactly in most instances, with only an outlier in pneumonia for NPA - being 9% lower than published figures - could account for the 71% that you mentioned) -(using only NPA/PPA and patient numbers as inputs).
I suppose these are all moot points atm though. Just thought some people might be interested.
