to me it occurs that LDN is connecting people to BRN and therefore connecting 1000's of potential business relations to BRN as well.

1. build a stable base to start BRN from : check
2. build a network by using the people you know : check
3. network everyone and let them know/see/feel what BRN AI means : check
4. . . . . make sure you have the people to do the installations and the support : check
5. ... last but not least : make sure the equipment (software, hardware) works as expected and is as bugfree as possible before starting to use it / implement it
6. if condition 5 is not fulfilled then customers will complain.
7. logical result : keep customers happy and they will talk positively about you
