ARH has the Iron ore in the ground and Clive Palmer himself (with nearly 70% of ARH's shareholding he controls) has plenty of other leases in the area and may well, if your punter, provide more to ARH.
But, until the Chinese formally ratify the decision to proceed with Balmoral South the shares will languish. Be patient the wait will certainly be worth waiting!!
