    Some internal paper shuffling to spread the 100% hit that Lanstead will take on this between two entities.

    Half written off by Lanstead Capital LP who are no longer a holder. The rest will be written off by Lanstead III LLC who are now the holder of the poisoned chalice full of worthless LWP shares.
