477 mil shares, So if the market under values the bssns, why doesn't mngmnt initiate a share buy back on market, forget about DIV, they have cash use it, for CAPEX or any capital requirement they have a bank facility.
With 5 Manufacturing plants around the country, there are probably few hundred workers.
Imagine if they could all get together each invest 10,00$ and they buy the bssns outright.
