It's just broker data showing who were buying/selling, one indicator.
It shows mainly retail buys and institution & sophisticated investor sells.
Some would say, retail buys are not a good sign, but this has been happending since it was 20s, also for some other stocks, retail buys, are usually dominated due to its speculative nature for small caps.
