World markets slumping. A certain amount of fear and crowd "madness".
Some reasons for concern but reaction probably overdone. Doom feeds on doom - could be more pessimism in the market yet as the crowd looks at the half empty glass. After a long time of half full - and filling.
Copper price is very strong now. Not far from all time high really. Warehouse stocks are low. Supply interrupted.
Anvil mining more than ever. Increased efficiencies in processing since mid June. Kinsevere overburden probably sorted out last quarter and mining on a solid basis.
More progress planned - but that is not a strong price motivator at the moment.
With all these positive factors guess what is happening to Anvil share price? Falling!
Will fall again today in sympathy with world market weakness.
Some time soon willl be time to increase holdings. How soon is the difficult question.
Well worth watching.
A slow down in world economies could - one supposes -lead to an eventual slump in copper. But this is a really pessimistic suggestion and an improbable one at the moment.
