And season with ‘some’ of the following:
1 teaspoon of salt flakes
Chinese five spices to taste
Chilli flakes to taste
one teaspoon herbes de Provence
pepper to taste
Schwan pepper to taste
Shake
In a medium pot deep fry in at least 5 mm of oil until slightly brown
