The DOCA had us (on page 10):
- give up 99.3% of the company to debtors, only after all shareholders were consolidated down to $10K total holdings
- give up gold treatment at San Santiago, but copper is fine as long as we increase the tailings dam size,
- ownership of the Torrecillias prospects in exchange for a 70% earn in that can only be maintained if an exploration program is maintained
- maybe a cut in the San Santiago concessions, if we are allowed to participate in the exploration program
- $410,000 worth of directors fees p/a
- A max of 7.5% smelter on San Santiago gold and a complicated $6 /oz program with Silverstream for Silver.
I haven't had a chance to read this fully yet, but it seems like a sweet deal!
