How much easier it would be if we had a Gov with an actual clue and a direction?
TNG go to Gov with business plan. Dept of Industry put the debt raising to our Super funds. Gov guarantee Super Fund investment with Gov holding caveat over the asset. Super funds invest in 80% debt @ 15% , and 20% equity.
Done.
All the multi billions in profit stay wholly within Australia spent and reinvested in Australia.
Repeat for PLS, TNG, AJM, RNU etc etc
The whole society prospers from our mineral wealth.
