I will still be lurking my friend, but need a break to get some perspective back. Staring at the screen for too long can ( for me anyway) create a bit of confusion if that makes sense - too many thoughts at once. Im trading today but thinking about yesterday and not thinking about tomorrow. I will trade for a long time I'm sure and the markets arent going anywhere, so when I return expect the mm's to go broke :)

btw as I said will still trade the data in the us most nights if I'm around and may make some longer term trades if the need arises, but for now am keeping the trigger finger safely locked away in my pocket.
