Compared to A2, when the majority of shares held by the mother company Freedom, it performed poorly once below the issuing price somewhere 0.5. A2 share price climbing up quickly after the day of Freedom's quit, A2 then becomed everyone's interest and game.

This one has a similiar situation, most of shares controlled by the mother company, and most should be still trapped in the Esrow which would lasts for 2 years from the listing day.

1. The big bosses have no reason to play, their interests are still sleeping in the Esrow.
2. The public have no intention to play, due to the weak position on market.

But I believe this one wont sleep forever, unless uncontrolled big things happened in China.
