re: delicately poised I think they can have 10 by xmas but they will need to crank it up a bit. Now that 2 have been successfuly implanted and with the knowledge gained i think it's a real possibility of doing 2 implants at a time or with a smaller time spread.

VCR will be 360-390 at completion of The Alfred trials.
