It's true that nothing much happens in January. However, one must not forget about there were lots of options that were granted to AGM's directors, employees and contractors back in March/April. If I were working for AGM and my options now are way out of the money, I'd be working my butt off to bring production forward if and where possible, knowing that production could mean in the money options again.

Let's hope they were all granted enough options to delay their summer vacation for a few months.
