I agree. This one looks intriguing to me. 87% held by Top 40, low market cap and interesting moves at the Board level seem to represent an interesting buying opp.
Are you in Range Resources, Top 40 seems to be tightening up there aswell. It is always a good sign when this is happening in a company.
You seem to have a pretty good hit rate with the companies which you follow,even though I cannot follow ,most of your cryptic logic at the best of times.
