Were most eyes glued to youtube watching funny goats or updating facebook status? Only half joking. Is the use of mobile devices restricted on these ships?
Parents of dead sailors must be furious at the lack of care. Incredible it should happen not long after the previous demonstration of gobsmacking and fatal incompetence in the US navy.
