What you have written is credible and an uncomfortable truth that holders do not like to hear.
These directors can spend hours talking up their "projects" but will NOT write a cheque personally. All they do is issue themselves free shares so IF things somehow turn around they make a small fortune. When things go to crap they DO NOT lose anything of financial substance.
I have been to many company presentations here in Perth and every-time I ask the directors 'you are promoting the company to finalise a capital raising. A lot of things sound really good. Why will you not be the underwriter for say 15% of the raising?' I am sure a gesture like this will have no problem with shareholder approval. The vast majority will NOT answer this directly.
