I don't think this will fly so soon, but in long run that would be a big yes.
About the price drop I'd like to say it's definitely a panic sale triggered by the 6 mil big player quit the game, don't know the reason why but mostly likely a impatient investor.
Someone is trying to lock the price @1.4c by keeping sell small parcels at this price - he want more shares!
So just sit back for those days, sp would not be nice, and come back 1-2 weeks later you will be surprised.
