whatever the mid term intentions are wrt folding GUJ into INR insto's particulalrly if they are friendlies wont have taken up the offer at 35cps if the intention is to "shortchange" shareholders by way of takeover by INR.

Further corporate action now seems less immediate unless its going to be done at a (sig) premium to the exisiting GUJ SP.

Also nice to see the Co. finally talk up the exploration plays as well. Perhaps we might get action/results on this front pre merger if thats still the intention.
