They are certainly looking a bit sick at the moment. Having HH involved is certainly a big plus but without any recent announcements, any confidence left in the stock seems to be disappearing with each passing day.
Even HH can get it wrong. Assuming no recovering occurs the question is will they take their loss and bail eventually or go for a bigger stake.
Whoever was supporting the SP around 13 - 14c appears to have disappeared today.
DISC: Bailed out at 12.5 and put the money elsewhere. Will be watching to see what develops though.
