    aaaaahh I guess we have our answer with Adacel v's Redflex? Low apparent PE of ADA v's RDF was never there - disclosure of ADA regarding downgrades is shocking and looking at their history of rocky revenues and loses I am not surprised it trades at such a low market cap.....management now serious lacking in credibility.
