I think both Fonterra and MGC (Devondale) produce a culture-styled butter rather than a true cultured butter but could be wrong. This is really a question for a food technologist and the CEO.

Personally, I think AHF need to focus on driving value into the business across all areas and CDC needs to focus on high value / high turnover products that sit outside both the pure commodity and pure niche products.

Most consumers would not recognise a Fresian/Holstein/Aussie brown/Jersey or Guernsey if it stood on their foot.
