Wow. So where is the explanation on why the funds were being raised?
This is a weak explanation considering 6M in bank already "Xped will utilise these funds as working capital for the Company. This will include investment across our business, including our Smart Home and Consumer IoT Solutions, our Professional Healthcare Technology business, JCT Healthcare and our ADRC
Commercial and Industrial IoT technology products."

Who has it been raised with? Was is their significance?
Why are we giving Aramada so much for what it seems a fairly ordinary task?
Why are they getting performance shares??????

Hopefully there is more explanation coming but at the moment...I can't see the positive side to this. Dilution for no reason. I really hope there is further explanation coming.
